Koja Contracting Corporation was originally founded in 1998 and proudly re-established in 2018, carrying forward a family legacy of craftsmanship and integrity. In its early years, the company focused on high-end residential construction projects in and around the New York City area, earning a reputation for detail-oriented work and exceptional results.

 

Since then, Koja Contracting has expanded its services to include a full range of general contracting and building. Today, we specialize in new construction, additions, and renovation work across Connecticut, combining modern building practices with the timeless skills passed down through generations.
